Phenomenology of Higgs bosons in the Zee-Model
نویسندگان
چکیده
To generate small neutrino masses radiatively, the Zee-model introduces two Higgs doublets and one weak-singlet charged Higgs boson to its Higgs sector. From analyzing the renormalization group equations, we determine the possible range of the lightest CP-even Higgs boson (h) mass and the Higgs boson self-couplings as a function of the cut-off scale beyond which either some of the coupling constants are strong enough to invalidate the perturbative analysis or the stability of the electroweak vacuum is no longer guaranteed. Using the results obtained from the above analysis, we find that the singlet charged Higgs boson can significantly modify the partial decay width of h → γγ via radiative corrections, and its collider phenomenology can also be drastically different from that of the charged Higgs bosons in the usual two-Higgs-doublet models. Single production of charged Higgs bosons at linear colliders 1
We discuss single charged Higgs boson production from ee annihilation at next generation linear colliders. They can be important to study the phenomenology of charged Higgs bosons, especially when charged Higgs bosons are too heavy to be produced by the pair production mechanism. Cross sections for various single production processes are evaluated at the leading order. Our analysis shows that i...

Abstract The twin Higgs mechanism has recently been proposed to solve the little hierarchy problem. We study the implementation of the twin Higgs mechanism in left-right models. At TeV scale, heavy quark and gauge bosons appear, with rich collider phenomenology. In addition, there are extra Higgses, some of which couple to both the Standard Model fermion sector and the gauge sector, while other...
متن کاملThe search for nonstandard Higgs bosons at FNAL and LHC
We discuss the phenomenology of many Higgs doublet model the model where each Higgs doublet couples with each own quark and lepton with relatively big Yukawa coupling constants. Namely, we discuss the discovery potential of the Higgs bosons at LHC and find lower mass limits on nonstandard Higgs bosons from FNAl data. ∗E-mail address: [email protected]
متن کاملCollider phenomenology of Higgs bosons in Left-Right symmetric Randall-Sundrum models
We investigate the collider phenomenology of a left-right symmetric RandallSundrum model with fermions and gauge bosons in the bulk. We find that the model is allowed by precision electroweak data as long as the ratio of the (unwarped) Higgs vev to the curvature scale is v/k ≤ 1/4. In that region there can be substantial modifications to the Higgs properties. In particular, the couplings to WW ...
متن کاملHiggs Theory and Phenomenology in the Standard Model and MSSM
A short review of the theory and phenomenology of Higgs bosons is given, with focus on the Standard Model (SM) and the minimal supersymmetric extension of the Standard Model (MSSM). The potential for Higgs boson discovery at the Tevatron and LHC, and precision Higgs studies at the LHC and a future e+e− linear collider are briefly surveyed. The phenomenological challenge of the approach to the d...
